Sold Out is run by two people, and every order is packed with care. To keep things sustainable, we ship once a week. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email confirmation.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Affordable but untracked. If you choose this option, we can’t guarantee delivery or provide updates once the package leaves us—especially for international orders.
- Tracked Shipping: Recommended for peace of mind. You’ll receive a tracking number and updates along the way.
International Orders (EU, US & Beyond)
We ship worldwide, but please note:
- Customs & Import Rules: Some countries (especially in the EU and US) have strict regulations. As a small press, we are not eligible for an EORI number, which means your order might occasionally get held at customs.
- Taxes & Duties: If this happens, you’ll need to pay any applicable taxes or fees to receive your order. We do everything we can to avoid this, but it’s beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy from us. If something’s not right, here’s how it works:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., magazines)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few days.
- Late or Missing Refund? First check with your bank/credit card company. If there’s still an issue, email us at info@sold-out.net.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email us at info@sold-out.net.

- You’re responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- For high-value items, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
